Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form so a human can call you about it. We don't sell it, we don't add you to a mailing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@flauntix.com.
Who we are
This page is operated by Flauntix LLP, trading as Flauntix Digital, registered in Delhi, India, with a further office in Seoul, South Korea. Contact: hello@flauntix.com or +91 89389 12005.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this page, we receive exactly these fields:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your city
- Your business name, if you enter one (optional)
- Your indicated monthly marketing budget and start timeline
Alongside the form, our server records:
- The page URL you submitted from, and which version of the page you were shown
- Your IP address and browser user-agent string
- Meta click identifiers (see cookies, below), where present
We do not collect payment details, government ID, or any special-category personal data through this page. Please don't put anything sensitive in the form fields.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the enquiry you made and to run the 30-minute audit call you asked for — that is the only purpose. The budget and timeline answers help us prepare for that call and decide how quickly to get back to you. We also use aggregate, non-identifying submission data to judge whether our own advertising is working.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Where it goes
Your submission is forwarded to a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:

The data sent to Meta is hashed before it leaves our server — Meta receives a cryptographic fingerprint of your email and phone number, not the values themselves. It is used to match your enquiry to an ad click, and is subject to Meta's own data policy.
These providers are located outside India, so submitting the form involves a transfer of your personal data abroad. We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone outside this list for their own marketing.

You can block or clear all of these in your browser settings. The form still works without them; we simply can't tell which ad brought you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept in our CRM for 90 days from your last contact with us, after which they're deleted. Records are removed sooner if you ask us to.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and who we've shared it with
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
- Delete it, once we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for
- Withdraw your consent — at which point we stop processing and delete the record
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
Email hello@flauntix.com and we'll action it. There's no charge and you don't need to give a reason.
Grievance officer
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, contact our grievance officer: Mohit Sharma, mohit@flauntix.com, Flauntix LLP, Delhi, India. We aim to respond within 30 days. If we don't resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we send it to, we'll update this page. Material changes won't be applied retroactively to data you've already given us.
